I am a Birth Humanizer and founding director of Humanisation Naissance. I help women recognize the instinctive power that we all have as women to give life, so that by listening to the natural wisdom of their bodies, they can participate in the work of childbirth, respecting themselves and respecting the basic needs of the baby. In this way, we reduce trauma in the baby and in the mother and she becomes the key piece to make her own birth a magical and empowered experience.

All of this is thanks to my experience of more than 25 years as a nurse and doula, awareness of the connection with my own feminine energy and with the always available strength of the Creator.

I accompany couples through the stages of maternity so that their babies can arrive in balance and harmony, favouring their development and that of their family.
