I am Pilar Sánchez: a Colombian-Canadian nurse and doula. I provide support during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding, with an emphasis on alternative therapies.

 

Originally from Colombia, I worked in both hospital and community settings for over 25

years before settling in Quebec, Canada.

I am a wife, mother, and grandmother, and for over three decades, I have been dedicated to supporting the processes of motherhood and parenting. I am recognized as a birth humanizer, and that is my mission.

I believe that by providing women with the support and companionship they need during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding, they can achieve their goals in these areas.
